6 Russet potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped fine
6 oz. bacon, fried soft [plus drippings]
5 oz. can evaporated milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 T melted butter
Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Add salted lemon juice water.
Stir all ingredients together
Pour into a greased 10 x 14 inch pan
Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour then at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour or til top browns
Garnish: Sour Cream & Fried Onions
