Boston Market Style
1 can cream of celery soup 10 ounce size
1 T Flour
4 T Butter or margarine
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste or fresh garlic (not garlic salt)
20 ounces Frozen chopped Spinach cooked & drained
1 small Onion diced
Fry onion til carmalized.(brown around the edges)
Add spinach, warm it through and set aside
In another saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic and pepper until smooth and piping hot.
Combine with spinach and onion.
